At C2 Fashionista, every product is carefully checked before dispatch. As we deal with limited-stock fashion pieces, we follow a strict no return & no refund policy, except in genuine cases.
No Return / No Refund Policy
Once an order is confirmed and processed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
We do not accept returns or refunds for the following reasons:
Size or fitting issues
Color differences (due to lighting/screen variations)
Personal preference (not liking the design, fabric, or quality)
Minor or negligible variations that do not affect the usability of the product
Change of mind after purchase
⚠️ Please note: We do not entertain returns or refunds for subjective reasons or expectation mismatch. Customers are requested to review product details carefully before placing an order.
Exceptions (Genuine Cases Only)
Returns or refunds will be considered only if:
You receive a damaged product, or
You receive a wrong product
Mandatory Proof (Very Important)
You must record a proper unboxing video immediately after receiving the parcel.
The video must be continuous, without any cuts, clearly showing:
The sealed package being opened
The product inside
This video is required to confirm whether the issue occurred during shipping or before delivery.
Resolution Process
If it is a genuine case based on the video proof, we will request you to send the product back to us for a quality check.
Once we receive the product, our team will inspect and verify the issue.
If the issue is confirmed as genuine, we will provide a suitable resolution, such as:
Replacement (preferred), or
Refund (if replacement is not available)
Important Notes
Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.
The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Product must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags.
Final decision on all claims will be at the discretion of C2 Fashionista.
