1. No Refund Once Order Processed:
Once your order is processed, C2 Fashionista does not entertain refund requests. Please carefully review your order before processing to ensure accuracy.
2. Cancellation Fee:
If you choose to cancel your order, a 2% charge will be deducted from the total amount paid in the order when refunding.
3. Order Cancellation by C2 Fashionista:
C2 Fashionista reserves the right to cancel and refund the money for any orders without customer approval in cases of incorrect information in the order or issues beyond our control, such as courier delay or manufacturing delay.
4. Out of Stock Refund:
In the event that the ordered product is out of stock, a refund will be processed within 7 days via UPI ID or through the provided bank account details.
Return Policy:
1. Color or Material Differences:
Returns will not be entertained for reasons of slight differences in color or feel of material. Please be aware of these variations before placing an order.
2. Wrong or Damaged Items:
If you believe you have received the wrong product or a damaged product, kindly send a parcel opening video without any cuts or edits. If it's genuine we'll ask you to send the product to us for quality check. Once our team completed the quality check and still the issues persist. we'll give proper solution accordingly.
3. Exchange Options:
In the case of a wrong or damaged items, exchange can be done with other products.
